Learn how to create a pathfinder Logo (part1)

Today  i'm gonna show you how to create a basic pathfinder Logo , after this two tutorials :How to make a simple Google Chrome Logo and Create a simple Ying Yang Logo you can now learn some basics about how to create a logo , but today it's gonna be a little difficult , but i'm sure that's it's gonna be easy for you so let's start !


first we must create a new file , so to do that you must go to : file   and select New Document , a new window is going to display  :

 change Unititled-1 to any other name  or you can leave like this 

for profile : use WEB    

for size :   960 x 560
 
and click ok .

now choose ellipse tool to draw a circle  : 

now you can draw a circle  , but it's not perfect ,,to make it perfect hold on the shift key  ,that will force it to be a perfect circle.


                                               

now , i'm gonna create two circle on the side of this circle , to do that , create a first circle , hold on the shoft key and move it on the side of the first circle , same thing with the second circle 

now this part it's gonna be different , now i have to create to others circle , to do that just duplicate the last two circle and rotate them 90° and place them ,one on the top of the first circle and the circle on the bottom of the first circle 

now i have to choose two circles and bring them to front  , to do that select a circle choose Arrange -> Bring to front

the same thing for the other circle

now choose  window --> pathfinder --> divide :

after divide , you can chosoe any part of the circle

now color the part of the circle , hold on the shift key and select parts

same thing for the others parts

now our basic pathfinder logo is 100% completed :

 

 

delete the borders :
